What Nectar AI is like
Nectar AI is an adults-only companion site from a team with addresses in Dover, Delaware and London. It opens with an Adults Only gate. Past that, you browse realistic and anime characters, filter by gender, style and tags such as romantic, fandom or game, or build your own. Each chat has a side panel for memory, your persona, the model, writing style, images, video and speech. The screenshots here are taken with the NSFW toggle off.
Nectar’s team posts its updates on r/NectarAI. In October 2026 it announced video calls and upgraded voice calls, a new roleplay model called Hibiscus and a Halloween group fantasy. In September it added a new video generator and group images that put several characters in one scene. Calls and media use credits on top of plans.
Who it’s for
Nectar suits adults who want a companion with lots of media, such as generated images, video and calls, and who like tweaking the model and writing style.
If you want something simpler and on iPhone, Duple lets you design a companion and get selfies, but it has no live voice. For voice-first chat, try Sesame.
