A closer look at Tokomi.
Tokomi, run by Starloom Interactive Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, launched on the App Store on October 7, 2026. Its idea is that your AI has a phone: beyond the chat, each character has messages, photos, a forum, a schedule and a feed that keeps updating while you are away. Many characters share one world, across drama, fantasy and slice-of-life, and every character is written by a person and voiced by AI. You can hear a character on a call, bring several personalities into one chat, and create your own characters with a portrait, a voice and a backstory to share with the community. Chat is free to start, with an optional Tokomi+ membership. On the web, iPhone and Android; Tokomi says it is for adults.
