Hangjam: AI Stories, from Yonder GG Inc, launched on the App Store in July 2025. It is a character chat app: you talk with characters from a library made by its community, from heroes and villains to anime idols, or build your own with a personality, backstory, goals and greeting, and share them. Hangjam says characters remember past messages and adapt to your style. Free to download, with Hangjam Plus and Hangjam Pro sold in-app; some App Store reviewers say free chats are limited and the subscriptions are pricey. On iPhone and Android; rated 18+ on the App Store.
